We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. Simply visit our online returns portal to start your request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are Kizik shoes true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. However, if you are between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend checking the specific sizing guide on the product page or opting for our 'Wide' width options available in select styles.
