Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

Pack and Ship

Place your unworn shoes back in their original Kizik box, secure the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
